YOUNG INVESTMENT COMPANY was founded by Joe Clay Young, IV, with the goal of restoring and preserving the historic Downtown of Jonesboro. During the past few years Clay and his team have restored more than 20 buildings. Clay has a vision that downtown Jonesboro will be looked upon as a prime example that with a little blood, sweat and tears, anything is possible.
Today, Young Investment Company manages more than 130,000 sq ft of space, including more than 50 lofts, 30 commercial spaces, 4 restaurants.
These numbers change nearly everyday as we continue to acquire new properties and complete projects.
The Remodeling Process
As you can see, we have been extremely busy remodeling and upkeeping downtown Main Street and various other places downtown. Each of our lofts take time and planning to make every one unique and modern enabling you to find your perfect fit! Our luxurious lofts overlook some of the best views of downtowntown Jonesboro and we ensure our designs highlight every aspect. We are commited to breathing the life back into the old walls that have seen this town grow to what it is today.
